You may browse certain parts of suppacel without an account. Some features, including managing a collection, listing artworks or identifying artworks, require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must not use suppacel for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the platform, attempt to access another user's account, or use automated means to extract data from the platform without our permission.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect suppacel, its users or third parties.

You may upload photographs, descriptions and other information relating to artworks you own or collect.

You remain responsible for the content you upload and retain any rights you have in that content.

By making content public on suppacel, you give us permission to display and technically process that content as necessary to operate and promote the suppacel service.

You must have the right to upload the content you submit and must not knowingly upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

We may remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect third-party rights or enforce these terms.

Identify is designed to help collectors identify animation artworks by comparing an uploaded image with reference material available to suppacel.

Identification results, including suggested anime, episode, movie, OAV, sequence or frame information, are provided as an assistance tool.

While we aim to provide accurate results, suppacel does not guarantee that an identification is complete or correct.

Identification results should not be considered a guarantee of authenticity, provenance or value.

Users may indicate that an artwork is available for sale and provide information such as its description and asking price.

The user listing an artwork is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and that they are entitled to sell the artwork.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, suppacel does not own artworks listed by users and does not guarantee their authenticity, condition, provenance, ownership or value.

Features allowing purchases, payments or offers may be introduced or modified as suppacel develops. Additional terms may apply when these services become available.

The suppacel name, branding, interface, software, databases and original content created by suppacel are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Animation titles, characters, images and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

suppacel is an independent platform for collectors and is not affiliated with or endorsed by animation studios, production companies or other rights holders unless expressly stated.

suppacel is currently evolving and certain features may be added, modified, suspended or removed.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to applicable law, suppacel is not responsible for transactions or arrangements entered into directly between users, or for inaccurate information provided by users.

Users remain responsible for evaluating artworks, listings and other users before entering into a transaction.

We may update these terms as suppacel develops or as legal or regulatory requirements change.

The current version will always be available on suppacel.com.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to consumers under applicable law.
